The City of Bowie Annual International Festival.

The annual international festival is once again coming up this Saturday October 4th at Allen Pond Park. The event is always fun with many entertainment  activities for all ages. There will be food from different parts of the world, vendors selling artifacts, clothing, jewelry and much more.

There will be live bands, dance performances and poetry presentation  in two stages step up in the park, one in the Amphitheater stage and the other  at Boathouse stage. The detail of each activity is available at the city website.

There are lots of children activities at different booths setup, and children can win prizes.

Insider Tips:

Arrive Early!!:To enjoy this event arrive early  with your lawn chair to secure a good location to view performances on stage. To also get good parking space as parking is limited.

Bring your own water!!. There will be plenty of food to buy ,but why buy water for $5.00 when you can bring your own bottle waters.

Bring Cash!!  Some vendors don’t accept cards or charge more for card transaction so bring your cash for faster service.
